The Breakers is an impressive and contemporary detached, three-storey retreat ideally located in the sailing village of Brancaster Staithe, with superb views towards the harbour and Scolt Head Island.

The spacious hallway leads into a fabulous, large open-plan kitchen/dining room, taking up the majority of the ground floor, the well-equipped kitchen features a range of integrated appliances making meal preparations a pleasure. Fully bi-folding doors open onto an enclosed and sheltered south-facing courtyard garden, creating a seamless connection between the living space and garden, ideal for al-fresco dining. Bedroom two is also located on the ground floor, with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Venture up the oak and glass staircase to the first floor where you will find the stunning sitting room with relaxed seating and a balcony enjoying panoramic views towards the marsh and sea beyond. On cooler days, cosy up on the large sofas and unwind in front of the feature modern wood burning stove. The master bedroom suite occupies the remainder of the first floor, beautifully presented with a king-size bed, balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a free-standing double ended bath and dressing room area.

Bedrooms three and four are located on the second floor and are equally well-appointed and styled to a high standard with feature apex windows . Bedroom three also has king-size bed and a balcony boasting beautiful far-reaching views. Bedroom four is a spacious twin bedroom featuring a Juliet balcony and shares access to a large shower room with bedroom three.
